Before considering shipping in your shocks to us locally, make sure you check out our dealer map and see if any of our dealers would be a better fit for you. If you find that your best course of action is to ship in your shocks, please print, and fill out this questionaire and include it in the shipping box. It makes it much easier for us to identify your shocks and quickly get them back to you.
