MTS Off-Road Polaris RZR Turbo S Dual Rate Spring Kit

The MTS Off-Road Polaris RZR Turbo S dual rate spring kit lets you use every bit of travel your Turbo S suspension was built to deliver. Every kit is custom designed around your machine, your driving style, and the terrain you actually ride — mountain trail, rock crawling, or desert and dune. We use the highest quality springs in the industry, so you get a comfortable ride with far more adjustability than the factory setup allows.

Why Dual Rate Springs

The Turbo S carries real weight, and adding a roof, bumpers, doors, or a spare tire drops your ride height further still. Factory springs start to collapse after miles of abuse. MTS springs are R&D tested and built to resist sag for the life of the machine.

Fitment

Polaris RZR Turbo S and Turbo S 4 equipped with Fox Dynamix or Walker Evans Velocity shocks. Fox Dynamix machines are split by year, 2018-2019 and 2020 and newer. Walker Evans Velocity uses the same kit across all years. Optional shock body wear sleeve protection is available.

*Certain spring kits do not include spring dividers or crossover rings, as they are not needed for that application.
